First two are still in CH, middles in both. You can see the additional
apical anatomy in both roots in the first case. Next one is an upper
second with three MB's, which is a bit unusual, and was previously
started. These are always fun to send back :-)). Last one had a middle
also. All of these teeth took about 15+ minutes of just rinsing after
creating the shape to "drain together" with NaOCl. Bleach, hot or not,
